Which class is right for me?

Every style below is taught with options, modifications and props on offer. Yoga is not about keeping up with the class — it is about doing what feels right in your body today.

Foundational Yoga

Foundational Yoga

Foundational Yoga is a Hatha style class that combines movement, breathing, and a foundation for understanding basic yoga poses and how they benefit the body. This class is taught by Erin. Erin does not use incense, sprays, or oils. Occasionally candles may be burned during class.

Beginner Yoga

Beginner Yoga

Beginner Yoga is a Hatha style class that teaches the very basics of yoga including poses, breathing and alignment. Great for beginners and for advanced students who could use a reminder on the basics. This class is not designed to “graduate” from — it can be part of your routine for as long as you need it. This class is taught by Erin. Erin does not use incense, sprays, or oils. Occasionally candles may be burned during class.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga

This class sounds exactly like its title. Enjoy small, gentle movements that wake up and engage your body without ever asking too much of it. This class is taught by Ann. Ann does not use incense, sprays, oils, or candles.

Heated Pilates

Heated Pilates

We blend precision and flow, using breath and mindful movement to energize your body and clear your mind. Whether you are new to Pilates or building on an existing practice, there are options with props like bands and balls to keep things fresh. The room warms to about 85 degrees. This class is taught by Alli. Alli does not use incense, sprays, oils, or candles.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates

A classical mat Pilates class focused on core strength, flexibility and body awareness. Every exercise is cued with modifications, so beginners and returning students can work at the level that fits their body today. This class is taught by Alli and Amber Moss. Neither teacher uses incense, sprays, oils, or candles.

SoYoQi

SoYoQi

SoYoQi (so-yo-chi) integrates the somatic movements of yoga and qigong, with elements of Pilates and Tai Chi. The goal is to increase energy, mobility and strength while decreasing stress and anxiety, through gentle tapping, flows and poses that pair breath with body awareness. Accessible to all levels — no previous yoga or qigong required. This class is taught by Ann. Ann does not use incense, sprays, oils, or candles.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga

A restorative-like practice of stillness, pranayama, meditation and bodily awareness. Poses are held for a minimum of three minutes so the benefits reach the deeper connective tissues. Every pose comes with options, modifications and prop suggestions. Soothing lo-fi music, and at least a five minute savasana to close. This class is taught by Amber McCann. Amber uses incense, oils, and candles and will ask students before use.

Strength+Core Yoga

Strength+Core Yoga

Push yourself (without hurting yourself) in one of our heated classes. A power vinyasa style class with elements of isometrics to engage and tone your core. You will leave happy, sweaty, and wanting to come back next week. This class is taught by Amber McCann. Amber uses incense, oils, and candles and will ask students before use.

Power Vinyasa Yoga

Power Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is designed to get you moving through the poses — you will move quickly and break a sweat, at your own pace. Modifications and level-ups are offered throughout and are always optional. Yoga is not about keeping up with the class, it is about doing what feels right in your body.
